As we wrap up development for Speak it 3 we are opening up our final testing stage to external testers! If you would like to participate in the beta test simply visit our contact form above, and select “Beta Sign Up” for subject. Once we receive your submission we will add your email to the beta notification list. You will receive an email from Apple as soon as our beta build is approved and you will be able to download and install the beta.
In order to be part of the beta test you will need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch running iOS 7 or later, as well as downloading the test flight beta testing app (link below).
As all our loyal and patient Speak it! users know, we have been promising you a new version of Speak it! for over a year now, and development of the updated app was going great for an end of summer release when iOS 8 was introduced. At the time we had to make the hard choice at the end of October that it was no longer feasible to add iOS 7 and 8 support on 5+ year old codebase that was originally released on iOS 2.
We decided that it made more sense for development and our customers user experience to start a complete rewrite of iSpeak 3.0, with a brand new design. We have been hard at work since November and would finally like to show you a sneak peak at what we have been working on.
